Erin M. Miller-Meyers
Erin M. Miller-Meyers moved with her family to Naples, Florida while in elementary school. After graduating from Gulf Coast High School in 2001, Erin was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Naples North to participate in a Rotary Youth Exchange in San Juan, Argentina. Erin attended the University of Florida, studied abroad in Guanajuato, Mexico, and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Spanish in 2005. She taught English for Speakers of Other Languages at Gulf Coast High School and Spanish at The Community School of Naples prior to attending graduate school. At Florida International University, she was an articles editor for the FIU Law Review, interned at the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights in Washington, D.C., and served as research assistant and teaching assistant at the College of Law and Latin American and Caribbean Center, respectively. Erin spent the fall 2008 semester at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and served as Student Attorney in the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at FIU College of Law from 2010-2011. She graduated from Florida International University with a joint degree in Law and a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, she taught at Marco Island Academy Charter High School and served as Co-Director of a national continuing legal education provider. She enjoys springboard diving, and has coached divers throughout Collier County at the beginner through collegiate levels. She loves learning foreign languages, and is proficient in Spanish and has taken courses in Latin, Haitian Creole, and French. Erin is a member of the Collier County Bar Association.
