Biography
Jennifer A. Cachon moved to Naples, Florida with her family in 2005.  She attended the University of Florida on a full scholarship. While in college, she became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and worked as an assistant to a Realtor, performing Broker Price Opinions and Monthly Marketing Reports to help establish distressed property values for financial institutions. She spent her summer breaks in Naples and worked as an intern for the Office of the State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit.  Immediately following graduation, Jennifer attended the University North Carolina School of Law on a merit-based scholarship.  While working as a research assistant for Professor Michael Corrado, she drafted a memorandum which was incorporated into a comparative criminal law textbook.  Jennifer spent the summer of 2013 as a law clerk in our office.  During her 3L year of law school, Jennifer worked as an intern in the legal department at BB&T Bank where she conducted legal research and advised Assistant General Counsel on how to reduce BB&T’s exposure to patent infringement lawsuits.  After graduation, Jennifer returned to Naples and joined our firm as an Associate.
